Dog Friendly Tour! Bring Your Pets to Tour!

Cats, dogs, and other small pets are welcome at Hills Parc. Our community features an on-site Bark Parc with agility equipment. We allow up to two pets per home, with weight and breed restrictions. Speak with a member of our staff for more information on our pet policy and the required fees.

Our Pet Policy:

  • All pets must be registered
  • Non-refundable pet fee: $300 per pet
  • $10 monthly pet rent per pet
